NorthSouthLabs Ltd ("we", "us") is a UK product studio. This policy covers northsouthlabs.co.uk only — the studio's own marketing site. Each product (GridBook, Atlas Tempo, RollSwipe) has its own privacy policy governing the product itself, since each runs on separate infrastructure with its own data practices.

What we collect on this site

• Newsletter signups. If you subscribe via the form on this page, we store your email address with Resend, our email provider, so we can send you occasional build updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
• First-touch campaign attribution. If you arrive via a marketing link containing UTM parameters (e.g. from social media or an ad), we store which campaign referred you in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device unless you later sign up for the newsletter, at which point it may be recorded alongside your signup to tell us which campaigns are worth running. It contains no personal data beyond the campaign labels themselves.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, share, or rent your data to anyone.
• We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share data with ad networks.
• We don't use your data to train any AI model.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete any data we hold about you at any time, by emailing support@northsouthlabs.co.uk. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days.
